📍 Location: Hyderabad

Purpose of the Role ⚒️

As a FPO - Operations Analyst, you'll research real estate properties, validate order and sales contract information, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems. You’ll play an essential role in developing our AI agents, working closely with our product and engineering teams.

Core Responsibilities: ⛑️

• Research various real estate properties and collaborate directly with property managers, vendors/HOAs, and cross-department teams.
• Review and validate order and sales contract information (order forms, agreements, POs, approvals) for completeness and accuracy, following processing SLAs and booking policies.
• Ensure the accuracy of booked orders, including order, sales contract, and sales account data, in CRM/Workflow systems.
• Oversee Rexera’s suite of AI agents as they complete workflows and contribute to their development.
• Provide operational support to sales and other teams throughout the order lifecycle.
• Collect and consolidate HOA data from online research and calls into workflow systems.
• Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure the accuracy of releases.
• Maintain and organize the HOA database, and handle daily linkups as per project requirements.
• Meet monthly targets and complete urgent properties on time.
• End-to-end operations handling

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with building or using AI agents is a big plus.

Education and Experience: 📚

• Relevant experience in real estate or title companies is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have a WiFi-enabled laptop.
• Should not be actively pursuing education.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
