Role
We are looking for a Solution Consultant who can bridge Sales, Clients, and Technology Delivery Teams. The ideal candidate has broad knowledge across IT & Analytics, is strong with RFP/RFQs, and can convert client needs into practical, delivery-ready solutions.
Work Experience: 8–12 years
Work Location: Chennai / Salem

Qualifications:

8–12 years in IT/Analytics services (pre-sales, solutioning, consulting, or delivery).

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/IT/Computer Science (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
-
Partner with Sales to participate in client calls, requirement discussions & solution presentations.

Understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions with internal delivery teams.
-
Lead creation of solution decks, proposals, effort estimations, and SOW inputs.
-
Drive end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses—solution narrative, scope, methodology & pricing.
-
Collaborate with Analytics, Cloud, Data, Application & DevOps teams to validate feasibility.
-
Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams with clear scope & assumptions.

Support account mining and identification of new opportunities.
Skills Required:

Strong understanding of diversified IT technologies & Analytics concepts (cloud, data, applications).

Excellent communication, presentation & client-facing consulting skills.

Proven experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or business analysis roles

Strong proposal writing ability and familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
