Job Description

A highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of strong experience in Laravel and React.js is required to join the engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both backend and frontend components of the ERP system while ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Laravel and React.js

• Build scalable RESTful APIs and modular backend services

• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React 18 and TypeScript

• Implement complex business logic across CRM, accounting, proposal, charge management, and workflow modules

• Collaborate with QA engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deliver complete solutions

• Optimize application performance across backend and frontend layers

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (Unit & Feature tests)

• Implement secure authentication and role-based access control

• Participate in system architecture and design discussions

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability

• Follow coding standards and best practices

Requirements

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Laravel development

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js (preferably React 18)

• Solid knowledge of TypeScript

• Experience building RESTful APIs

• Strong knowledge of MySQL database design and relationships

• Experience with Git version control

• Understanding of authentication and role-based access control

• Experience integrating frontend with backend APIs

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

• Experience with modular architecture and clean code principles

• Knowledge of Repository Pattern and Service Layer implementation

• Experience with Redis (caching and queues)

• Experience with React Query and state management

• Experience with Material-UI (MUI) or similar UI frameworks

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques

• Experience writing Unit and Feature tests
