Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in .NET development, MSSQL database management, Power BI reporting, Workato & Power Automate workflow automation, and Revit integration. The candidate will also have strong documentation and communication skills to ensure clarity, consistency, and collaboration across teams.

Requires a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with the core team based in the US Time Zone.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#.

• Design, implement, and optimize MSSQL databases and queries.

• Design, implement, and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and reports, including advanced DAX and Power Query calculations.

• Build and maintain integration flows and process automations with Power Automate/Workato.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers for BIM modelling and integration using Autodesk Revit APIs and plugins.

• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, API specs, and user guides.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and present solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and collaborative planning sessions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and data-related issues.

• Document technical specifications and data flows.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies.

• Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API) and MSSQL (T-SQL, stored procedures).

• Proficient in designing and maintaining Power BI reports, data models, and dashboards. Strong with DAX, Power Query, visualization best practices, and dashboard optimization.

• Experience building automation and integration flows with the Workato platform, including troubleshooting and optimizing integrations.

• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit APIs for BIM model data consumption and plugin development.

• Skilled in requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, and end-user training.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.

• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve problems.
