Job Description

We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Sales

Are you a strategic sales leader with a strong track record in institutional and B2G sales? Do you thrive on building high-impact relationships and driving revenue growth? If yes, we’d love to connect with you!

At Meta-i Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Sales to lead our institutional sales initiatives across Maharashtra and nearby states (West) and Delhi and near by states (North)

 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy and planning aligned with business goals

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets

• Manage institutional sales cycles, including RFP responses

• Build and strengthen relationships with Institutions, PSUs, and Government bodies

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery

• Monitor performance metrics and deliver strategic reports

 Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in institutional sales, RFP management and B2G sales

• Proven experience working with Institutions, PSUs, and/or Government entities

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build strategies, and drive revenue growth

• Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs

Required Skills

• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Strategic and analytical thinking with a data-driven approach

• Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools

• Strong business and financial acumen

• High adaptability, resilience, and ethical leadership

• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
