Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹34,000 CTC + Incentives + Travel Allowance / Cab Facility
Shift: Rotational / Night Shift
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process handling
US-based customers. The role involves resolving customer queries over calls while
delivering a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for international clients
Resolve queries related to orders, payments, returns, and services
Provide accurate information and quick resolutions
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Meet quality, compliance, and productivity KPIs
Ensure high customer satisfaction during every interaction
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)
Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Voice Process) OR
excellent freshers with strong communication skills
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
