Work Experience: 8 - 12 years

Qualifications:

B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
-
Should have 8 - 12 years of hands-on technical design relevant experience & handling Hydraulic cylinder design experience.
-
Hydraulic cylinder seal selection and application.
-
Hydraulic cylinder manifold design integrating cartridge valve technology.
-
Understanding of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and machining methods.
-
Advanced experience with SolidWorks modelling and production drawing generation.

Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
-
Basic hydraulic system schematics understanding pertaining to cylinder cartridge valve logic.
-
Knowledge of pressure Vessel stress calculations would be a plus, but not mandatory.

Good at problem-solving, creativity, and presentation skills.

Ability to be self-motivated, work independently, & co-ordinate with the team, guiding the team in the right direction.

Good in written and spoken English communication with both the internal cross-functional team and external customers.

Support the proposal activities, aid in the standardization of documents (client documents, datasheets).

Having a valid US visa is an added advantage.
