We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Cloud Engineer. This is a remote-first opportunity for professionals who thrive at the intersection of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI, and enterprise data engineering.
Role Details:

- Work Location: 100% Remote
- Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Global Collaboration)
Mandatory skills : Salesforce Data Cloud (D360), Agentforce, Python, Spark, AWS, Snowflake, GCP, Azure, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud (D360).
- Develop Agentforce flows, actions, and automation use cases.
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines and enterprise data platforms.
- Enable advanced analytics and personalized customer journey orchestration.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360).
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce (flows, topics, actions, secure data access).
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, or similar data engineering tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Developer certification (Mandatory).
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or PD I.
- PD II or Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Experience in domains like Retail, FinServ, Healthcare, or Media preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization.
- Experience working in Agile or product-based environments.
