We are hiring for the role of Instructional Design – Associate Manager (CL8) for a dynamic and global team environment.

Job Details:

Role: Learning Experience Design & Development – Associate Manager

Location: Bengaluru

CTC: As per Market 

Experience: 10 – 14 years (Minimum 10 years mandatory on resume)

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Shift: UK Shift (Flexibility for US shift required)

Work Mode: Work From Office (6–8 months), then Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Lead instructional design and content development initiatives

Create storyboards, e-learning content, and learning solutions

Design courses using Articulate Storyline and LMS platforms

Apply Bloom’s Taxonomy and Adult Learning principles

Conduct audience and needs analysis to define learning objectives

Develop conceptual and detailed course designs aligned with business goals

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content creation

Ensure quality, structure, and effectiveness of learning solutions

Manage end-to-end project execution, timelines, and deliverables

Oversee testing, feedback incorporation, and final delivery

Identify and resolve issues related to content flow, sequencing, and engagement

Lead and mentor teams, ensuring alignment with project goals

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

Qualifications:

Graduation (Any discipline)

Academic or industry experience in instructional design

Proven experience in developing training solutions for global audiences

Strong leadership and team management experience

Preferred Experience:

Experience in designing performance-driven learning solutions

Exposure to global training environments

Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences
