Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will support marketing and site-level activities for residential and
commercial real estate projects. The role involves client coordination, site visit management, and
close collaboration with the sales team to support lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support marketing activities for real estate projects
• Coordinate and conduct client site visits, including scheduling and follow-ups
• Travel with clients from Bangalore to Hosur for project site visits, as required
• Explain project details, layouts, amenities, pricing, and offers to clients at the site
• Assist clients during property visits and ensure a smooth site experience
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation, site visits, and conversions
• Support property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events
• Manage on-site marketing materials such as brochures, standees, and branding
• Maintain lead records, MIS reports, and basic performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferred)
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Willingness to travel and work from project sites as required
• Basic knowledge of real estate processes and MS Excel.
