•IssueResolution:Investigateandresolveissuesrelatedtoloanservicing,paymentdiscrepancies,accounterrors,orotherconcernsraisedbycustomers.
•RelationshipManagement:Proactivelyreachouttoexistingcustomerstooffersupport,guidance,andinformationaboutloanrepaymentoptions,refinancingopportunities,orotherrelevantproductsandservices.
•ComplianceandQualityAssurance:Maintainaccuraterecordsofcustomerinteractions,andcomplaintsintheCRMsystem.
Adheretoestablishedqualitystandardsforcustomerservice,strivingtodeliveraconsistentlypositiveexperienceforborrowers.
•ContinuousLearning:Stayupdatedwithproductknowledge,andsalestechniquestoenhanceperformanceandproductivity.
