Job Summary:
Flipkart is hiring Senior Assistants for warehouse operations at North Paravur, Ernakulam. The role involves sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and material handling to support daily logistics operations.

Eligibility:
Age: upto 40 years old
Physically fit for warehouse work
Work Schedule:
9-hour shifts (Rotational)
Shift 1 : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift 2 : 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Shift 3 : 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary:
Total salary potential: ₹17,000 rupees monthly + PF 2000+ rupees & ESI Insurance.
Salary Splitup👇
Basic Salary: 13,776 rupees
Attendance Bonus: 500 rupees
(You have to present 26 days in a month)
Leave Encashment: 1,000 rupees
(You should not take leaves)
Night Shift Allowance: 120 rupees per day (max 15 days, so around 1800 rupees for 15 days)
Meal, tea, and snacks during shift
1 weekly off (rotational)
Dress Code: Shoes mandatory
