Job Profile: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
● Generate high-quality leads and convert them into clients through effective sales strategies, including cold calling and B2C channels.
● Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and corporate partners.
● Take ownership of onboarding and managing Campus Ambassadors and ensuring their performance aligns with company goals.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
● Provide career counselling and guidance to students regarding suitable programs and opportunities.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
