Customer Service: Greet customers, offer samples, answer questions, take orders, and provide efficient, friendly service.
Food Preparation: Scoop ice cream, mix milkshakes, prepare sundaes, and make other desserts.
Cash Handling: Accurately handle transactions, operate the cash register/POS system, and collect payments.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep serving areas, tables, restrooms, and equipment spotless; wash dishes; follow food safety guidelines.
Stocking: Restock ice cream, toppings, cones, and other supplies, communicating needs to management.
Equipment Operation: Use ice cream machines, blenders, and coffee equipment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
Able to work in flexible shifts
