Role: Electrical design, modeling, detailing and documentation
Discipline: MEP
Platform: CAD & BIM
Duties: Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation:
- Lighting calculations using Visual Lighting software.
- Design of Electrical systems (2D & 3D).
- Electrical panel schedules.
- One-line diagrams.
- Construction documentation (BIM).
- Detailed design (BIM).
- Power layout/design.
QC:
- Follow project QC checklist: Electrical
- Implement QC standards across the projects: Electrical
- Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the projects: Electrical
Client Coordination:
- Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.
- Capture and analyze the client requirements: Electrical
- Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the
- supervision of the project lead.
Responsibilities: This role will have no direct reporting associates.
- Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks (as assigned by the project lead).
- Overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks): Electrical
- Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations.

- USA Electrical/NEC codes and standards.
