What will you do

  • Selling online assessment solutions to corporate clients (B2B) by assessing their business requirements.
  • Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales targets are met as per the organization’s
    goal.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to maximize profit.

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record of successful corporate sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Good general knowledge and awareness of the business landscape
  • Prospecting/Providing customized solutions to Clients across domains & segments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate cultural fit towards being hands-on, humility, and drive a learning environment. 
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions and persuade others.
  • Experience in assessment sales would be highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings as needed.
