What will you do

Position Overview: The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated territory by managing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering smooth customer service.

What we are looking for

Sales Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve respective sales targets.
  • Analyses customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan in alignment with sales team targets. 

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, lead generation tools, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote company offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.  

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, and competitive products.
