What will you do

  1. Strategically implement high-efficiency methods for improved corporate sales and quality.
  2. Lead sales teams to acquire higher education institutes with strategic plans.
  3. Manage and lead a sales team for organizational success.
  4. Make outbound calls to B2B clients, both domestic and international.
  5. Use online tools to map and target specific geographies and industries.
  6. Build strong client relationships and sell online assessments.
  7. Pitch and present both HireMee CSR and PRO solutions to clients.
  8. Create daily call reports (DCR) and update CRM regularly.
  9. Develop projection sheets to manage potential client pipelines.
  10. Collaborate with management on pricing, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  11. Handle account management and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  12. Execute on a strategic plan for the territory and monitor competitive information.
  13. Utilize weekends to catch up with targets if weekly numbers are not met.
  14. Oversee delivery, implement efficient methods, handle client escalations, and drive initiatives.
  15. Focus on client retention and present new products and services.
  16. Utilize substantial analytics for projections and estimation.
  17. Interface with corporate clients and sales team for delivery requirements and project management.
  18. Plan resources and processes analytically for high-quality delivery and cost control.
  19. Monitor compliance, audit sales reports, and provide efficiency MIS to top management.

What we are looking for

  1. Interface with internal product team with suggestions and getting new features implemented, necessary for delivery
  2. Meet with clients and management to create a sales campaign
  3. Stay current on the latest research data and sales trends
  4. Work with marketing and logistics to achieve results
  5. Ensure sales strategies are followed
  6. Study incoming sales data to make adjustment as needed
  7. Identifying the training needs of the team members related to sales, analytical skills & target management skills.
  8. Coordinate & periodically connect with peer to understand and fulfil their function level challenges & to provide guidance.
  9. Ensure the legal and statutory requirements are met.
