Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our marketplace to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their procurement requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any client concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations on market trends and new product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and account statuses using CRM software.
