Job Description
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage budgets, allocating resources efficiently across campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
- A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for ad placements and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1 + years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels
- Proficient in performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and data analysis
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
