Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through online research, industry-specific databases, social media, and other channels.
  • Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with leads through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the quality and suitability of leads by gathering relevant information and understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and interested in our products/services.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases and records using CRM software or other tools.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including key metrics and insights to help refine and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead generation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in the [industry/sector] field.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other lead management tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time (Day shift)

Schedule: Day shift (10 AM to 7 PM)

Experience: 6 Months to 4 Years of Sales experience

Education: Graduate/MBA in Marketing/ BE/ Equivalent experience in related fields.
