Security Guard
ARKAN CONSULTANCYJob Description
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings and access points, and provide a visible deterrent to ensure a secure environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent observational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.
Control access at the facility’s gates, verifying the identity of visitors, employees, and contractors.
Inspect property, buildings, and access points to prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for unusual activity or breaches.
Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, and contact emergency services when necessary.
Write daily reports of activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Detain offenders, where appropriate, and coordinate with law enforcement officials.
Assist visitors by providing directions and other customer service-related tasks.
Ensure that safety policies and procedures are adhered to and report any violations to supervisors.
Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
