Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their educational and professional goals, recommend suitable cybersecurity certification programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling relevant programs and services to maximize client value.
- Generate leads through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to align organizational offerings with client demands and industry developments.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Demonstrated success in a sales or counselling role, preferably in inside sales or educational services.
- Proactive, driven, and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Must be goal-focused with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
