Primary Skill
1) The main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales. Cold
call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
2) Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
3) Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
4) Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
5) Research and build relationships with new clients.
6) Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.
7) Plan approaches and pitches
8) Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and
objectives.
9) Participate in pricing the solution/service.
10) Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences
to a positive conclusion,
11) Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately#
Secondary Roles Responsibilities
1) Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
2) Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
3) Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
4) Forecast sales targets and ensure they are meet – Quarterly , Half yearly, Annually.
5) Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
6) Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
7) Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
8) Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s
performance.
Compliance
1) Follow security guidelines
2) Report any security incidents to your reporting manager/ HR/CISO.
3) Maintain confidentiality of information as per NDA.
4)Monitoring and measuring the Socio-Economic and Environment objectives and prepare the
documents

1) Change the priority of work handled to meet the delivery schedule/TAT.
2) Change the team composition to balance skills and speed.
3) Approve/ Recommend leave requests.
4) Evaluate performance of probationers and recommend confirmation.
5) Authorized to rework on the non-conformities of your respective vertical.
6) Authorized to approve Resignation, Exit Clearance, Transfer, and raise Manpower Request,
Purchase Request.
7) Recommend training / re-training for team members.
8) Authorize to prepare all Security Formats and Departmental Security System Procedures.
9) Authorize to approve the non-conformities of internal/external quality reports.
10) Authorize to prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP's), Work Instructions and
Formats required as per QMS.
11) Change and revise the ISO ,ISMS and PIMS documents.
