Job Overview:
As a Tele Caller for our IT SaaS product, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone calls, introducing them to our products, and assisting in answering any questions or resolving concerns. Your role will focus on driving customer interest, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships. You will work closely with our sales and customer support teams to ensure effective communication and a seamless experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and explain our SaaS products.
Provide product information, answer queries, and respond to customer concerns promptly.
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls to convert prospects into clients.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
Follow-up with customers on inquiries, providing post-sales support, and addressing issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Provide feedback from customers to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on product features and industry trends to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications:
6 months to 2 years of experience as a Tele Caller, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT products, especially SaaS solutions.
Ability to handle objections and close leads over the phone.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Fluency in English and [other languages as required].
