Job Description: Social Media Account Manager

As a Social Media Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and

enhancing the online presence of our clients across various social media platforms. You will

work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategic social media

plans to achieve their goals. Your role will involve creating engaging content, scheduling posts,

monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute social media strategies to meet client objectives

 Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook,

Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

 Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly

 Schedule and optimize social media posts for maximum reach and engagement

 Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for

improvement

 Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for social

media-related inquiries

 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

 Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing

strategies

Education: MBA or BBA preferred

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience, or freshers

Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business

Administration (MBA) preferred

 Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital

marketing, or freshers are welcome to apply

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Strong creative and analytical abilities

 Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Strong organizational and time management skills

 Attention to detail and ability to multitask

 Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
