Job Description
Should be able to use Microsoft Office for email communication
Customer follow-up for order and payment on calls and emails
Prepare quotations and proposals for customer
Understand the requirement properly and speak with the respective Sales Manager for closure
Follow up on all cases regularly
Update all the records in CRM
Maintain courier tracking details daily
