Position: Technical Support Executive (CRM/ERP Implementation & Support Specialist)

Location: Noida

Experience: 1-2 years

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled CRM and ERP Implementation & Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Buildesk. In this role, you will lead the implementation, customization, and support of CRM and ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption for our clients. Your expertise will be key in optimizing business processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM and ERP systems, aligning with client requirements.
  • Customize and configure solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance system performance.
  • Develop user manuals, document processes, and conduct training sessions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to implement measures that reduce churn risks.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer transition from sales to implementation.
