Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Interviewing and Selection:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and reference checks.
Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate profiles, and hiring workflows.
Prepare and present recruitment reports to HR and management teams.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s brand and values to potential candidates.
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships and enhance the company’s visibility.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
