It was a proud moment for HireMee, the AI-powered assessments and hiring platform, when the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), the global association that brings together customers, providers, and advisors to promote professional and organizational development, recognition, certification, and excellence, revealed that the former will be receiving the 2024 Global Impact Sourcing Award (GISA).
GISA recognizes organizations that impact the communities positively by taking the initiative to employ the underprivileged who have fewer opportunities which may be due to poor access to quality education, long-term unemployment, or limited employment options in the areas where they live. By acknowledging the efforts of such organizations, IAOP promotes the notion that businesses can drive community growth by generating employment without compromising their competitive edges.
HireMee has facilitated the training and recruitment of candidates from the less privileged sections by collaborating with local community organizations. HireMee will be receiving the prestigious award on the 21st of May, 2024, during IAOP’s Outsourcing World Summit 2024 (OWS24) to be held in Chicago.
