HireMee signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Selvam College of Technology (Autonomous), Namakkal, on Friday, 31st January 2026, for HireMee’s Employability Skill Test, aimed at enhancing student career readiness.

The MoU establishes a long-term collaboration focused on skill assessment, training support, and placement enablement for students across various disciplines. The signing ceremony was held in the august presence of Dr. S. Babu, Chairman, Selvam Educational Institutions and Managing Director of Selvam Group of Companies; Dr. B. Kaviethra Nandhini, Secretary; Mr. M. Karthik, Executive Director; Dr. S. Ramabalan, Principal; and Dr. A. Jegan, Vice Principal.

As part of the engagement, pre-final-year students of Selvam College of Technology participated in the Employability Skill Test, which evaluates students on key employability parameters, including aptitude, technical knowledge, and communication skills. The assessment enables students to gain a clear understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement while aligning their competencies with industry expectations.

Addressing the students, Mr. V. Prabhu, Senior Territory Manager at HireMee, shared insights on evolving industry requirements and emphasized the importance of employability assessments in enhancing placement outcomes.

The Pre-Assessment Programme witnessed active participation from students and faculty, reinforcing the institution’s focus on outcome-driven education. Through this collaboration, HireMee continues its mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing scalable, data-driven employability solutions that support institutions and empower students for successful careers.
