HireMee has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the NRI Junior College to implement the Career Navigation Assessment, which aims to support students in making informed career decisions and enhancing their career readiness.

The MoU was signed in the presence of I. V. R. S. Sarma, Academic Dean, NRI Group of Colleges, marking a significant step toward strengthening industry–institution collaboration focused on student development.

Through this association, students of the NRI Group of Colleges will get access to HireMee’s structured Career Navigation Assessment, which helps identify individual strengths, interests, and aptitude. The assessment is designed to provide actionable insights that guide students toward suitable career pathways and future opportunities.

This collaboration reflects a shared vision of HireMee and the NRI Group of Colleges to equip students with assessment-led career clarity and support institutions in building outcome-oriented academic ecosystems.
