Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Animation
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Location: Bangalore (Initially Work from Home, later Work from Office)
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to 8 LPA
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in business development and a basic understanding of animation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and expanding our business within the animation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the animation sector (2D, 3D, VFX).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the animation industry.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in business development or sales roles.
- Strong knowledge and experience in business development strategies.
- Basic understanding of animation services (2D, 3D, VFX) and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
