Qualification/Experience

Diploma / ITI

Minimum 5 – 10 year’s experience is required in Team leading

Location: Survey No. 79-82, Bidadi Main Road Hejjala, 25th KM, Industrial Area, Bidadi, Ramanagara, Karnataka – 562109.

Work Mode: WFO.

Proposed Designation: Shift In charge

Education Qualification: Diploma / ITI and bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Team leadership quality
• Must know the complete process of operating, setting and programming
• Ensure that all manufacturing or assembly operations during the shift meet production targets.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources (manpower, machines, materials) effectively.
• Supervise operators, technicians, and support staff during the shift.
• Assign tasks based on skill and workload.
• Handle attendance, shift handovers, and resolve minor conflicts.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, production reports, and downtime records.
• Document any incidents, quality issues, or safety violations.
• Communicate shift performance to the next shift and management.

Core Skills:

• Knowledge about operating CNC and VMC machines
• Must be able to handle a team of operators
• Good knowledge about CAM programming, Fanuc controls and matsubi control is required
• Team leading experience is mandatory
• Team management, shift coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Accurate reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
• Adaptability, time management, and attention to detail.
