We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand’s online presence, developing engaging content, and driving audience growth across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and reels) for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

• Schedule and publish posts consistently while maintaining brand voice and aesthetics.

• Monitor, track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for promotional activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design software.

• Basic knowledge of paid ads, social media analytics, and SEO strategies.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
