Nature of employment:
• Initially as an GET under BOAT 1 year
• Based on Performance & availability of position absorption in company rolls
Stipend : ₹ 30,000/Month during training Period
Selection Procedure: Aptitude & Technical Test(Online) => Interviews => Medical Fitment
Role Overview:
The Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) will support the sales and segment teams by assisting in techno-commercial activities, tendering processes, market analysis, and order documentation. This role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, customer requirements, and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Proposal Support
Assist the Sales team in preparing technical and commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required inputs for proposals.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of offers.
2. Tender & Bid Management
Prepare and compile tender/bid documents in line with customer specifications.
Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with technical and commercial terms.
3. Market Research & Competition Analysis
Support the segment team in conducting market studies and research.
Collect and analyse data on competitors, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
4. Order Processing Support
Assist in preparing indent documents and maintaining proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution.
5. GeM Portal Monitoring
Regularly track the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for new tender opportunities.
Identify relevant opportunities and update the Sales team accordingly.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic engineering knowledge (Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
- Strong analytical and learning ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
First Prefarance : Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Meghalaya.
