Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Blended Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice and/or blended processes (chat/email + calls)

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 19,000 -40,000 per month

• Compensation based on last drawn CTC and experience

• Opportunity to work in an international environment

Shift Details:

• US / UK / Australian shifts (rotational)
