Enterprise Account Manager - Roles and Responsibilities
Location- Noida
Experience-5 - 12 years
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, customer sponsors, and C-suite executives.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.
Account Strategy and Growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client business objectives.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to deliver tailor solutions.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual targets.
Sales and Contract Management
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and maintain healthy revenue streams.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to meet sales quotas.
Operational Excellence
- Provide strategic guidance to clients for successful product adoption and value realization.
- Handle complex client requests and issues efficiently.
- Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Market Insights and Reporting
- Stay updated with industry trends and client business challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status and key performance indicators.
