Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager - Roles and Responsibilities

Location- Noida

Experience-5 - 12 years

Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, customer sponsors, and C-suite executives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.


Account Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to deliver tailor solutions.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual targets.


Sales and Contract Management


  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and maintain healthy revenue streams.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to meet sales quotas.


Operational Excellence


  • Provide strategic guidance to clients for successful product adoption and value realization.
  • Handle complex client requests and issues efficiently.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.


Market Insights and Reporting


  • Stay updated with industry trends and client business challenges.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status and key performance indicators.
