Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers of residential properties and land parcels in Hyderabad, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and leads provided by the brokerage firm.

• Conduct property assessments and market analyses to determine competitive pricing strategies and develop compelling sales pitches to attract buyers and investors.

• Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, amenities, and investment potential, and address any questions or concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Negotiate sales contracts and purchase agreements, advocating for the best interests of clients while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional materials, online listings, and digital campaigns to generate leads and drive property sales.

• Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and industry conferences to expand professional contacts, build brand awareness, and stay updated on market trends and developments.

• Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process, from initial consultation and property selection to closing and post-sale services.

• Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details using CRM software or databases provided by the brokerage firm.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate sales agent, with a strong track record of success in residential sales and land acquisitions in Hyderabad.

• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, regulations, and zoning laws, particularly in prominent residential neighbourhoods and land development areas.

• Experience working with prominent builders, developers, or brokerage firms in Hyderabad, with a demonstrated ability to secure exclusive listings and close high-value transactions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-making among clients and stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on building trust, rapport, and long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.

• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and digital marketing tools to manage listings, track leads, and create marketing materials.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field is preferred, although relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Valid real estate license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority in India, with a clean professional record and adherence to ethical standards and industry best practices.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and attend property viewings, meetings, and networking events as required.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages is preferred, with strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in all of these languages.
