Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a proven track

record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in

business development, preferably with a focus on IT projects. The successful candidate will be

responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and

contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

 Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.

 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,

understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

 Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through

successful project acquisitions.

 Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market

conditions.

 Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentationsto

potential clients.

 Negotiation and Closure: Effectively negotiate terms and close dealsin line with company

objectives.

 Handle: Resposibility to handle calls for international clients .

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a

related field.

 Proven experience of 1-2 years in business development, with a focus on IT projects.

 Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.

 Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

 Result-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
