Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a proven track
record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in
business development, preferably with a focus on IT projects. The successful candidate will be
responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and
contributing to the overall growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through
successful project acquisitions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market
conditions.
Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentationsto
potential clients.
Negotiation and Closure: Effectively negotiate terms and close dealsin line with company
objectives.
Handle: Resposibility to handle calls for international clients .
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a
related field.
Proven experience of 1-2 years in business development, with a focus on IT projects.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Result-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
