Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React JS for frontend and Node JS or Laravel for backend.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications through testing and debugging.
-• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in web development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
-• Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, discuss technical solutions, and address any challenges or concerns.
