ClientEngagement:Initiateandmaintaineffectivecommunicationwithpotentialandexistingclientsthroughphonecallstopromoteproductsandservices,addressinquiries,andprovideinformationtofosterpositiverelationshipsanddrivesales.
LeadGenerationandFollow-Up:Identifyandqualifyleads,followuponpotentialsalesopportunities,andtrackallinteractionsintheCRMsystemtoensureaconsistentandorganizedsalespipeline.
SalesTargetsandReporting:Meetorexceedassignedsalestargets,prepareregularreportsoncalloutcomes,customerfeedback,andsalesperformance,andcollaboratewiththesalesteamtodevelopstrategiesforachievingbusinessgrowth.
