Lead the design and development of new products, from concept generation to manufacturing implementation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and project
timelines. Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for mechanical components and
assemblies. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to inform design decisions and manufacturing
strategies. Optimize designs for manufacturability, scalability, and cost efficiency, considering factors such as materials, processes, and supply chain logistics. Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of designs to ensure performance, reliability, and regulatory
compliance. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, including tooling, fixtures, and quality control
measures. Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless production ramp-up and
ongoing support. Continuously evaluate and improve product designs and manufacturing processes based on feedback, data
analysis, and industry best practices
