Atleast 2 Projects done as Data Modeler.Discover, analyze, and scope data requirements ; create high level process models to represent processes for the area under analysis.Create detailed mapping documents covering source to target mapping, transformation logic and harmonization. Design Data Architecture, Strategy, Employ “Entity-Relationship” modeling with the intent of producing a design best suited for retrospective analysis of data.Healthcare Domain Knowledge is a must; Exposure to HL7, FHIR, OMOP will be a plus
