Job Summary: The Operations Executive will oversee the end-to-end process of launching new franchise locations for our tea brand. This role involves managing store setup, executing branding initiatives, providing comprehensive training to franchisees, offering post-launch support, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of the franchising model and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Setup:
Coordinate the setup of new franchise stores, ensuring that all aspects align with the brand’s standards and guidelines.
Manage site selection, store layout design, and equipment procurement.
Oversee construction and interior design projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Branding:
Implement branding strategies to ensure consistent visual identity across all franchise locations.
Work closely with the marketing team to provide franchisees with the necessary branding materials, including signage, promotional items, and uniforms.
Ensure that all franchise stores adhere to the brand's values, culture, and operational standards.
Franchise Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for new franchisees, covering all aspects of store operations, customer service, product knowledge, and brand philosophy.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with brand standards.
Post-Store Launch Support:
Offer ongoing support to franchisees after the store launch, including troubleshooting operational issues, providing guidance on sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to the franchise agreement.
Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
Administrative Support:
Manage the administrative aspects of franchise operations, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure that franchise agreements, contracts, and other legal documents are properly managed and up to date.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to streamline franchise operations.
