Job Description
Answer incoming calls and respond to clients emails
To solve issues across various channels, including processing payments, assisting with orders, and addressing complaints.
To follow-up calls, selling products/services, conducting market research, updating databases, and reporting recurring issues to management.
Identify and escalate issues to superiors or to the respective depts
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve client complaints using applicable software
Route calls to appropriate resources
Other duties as assigned
