Job Description
As a Sales Executive in the insurance & investment industry, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling various insurance products and investment opportunities to potential clients. This position is for fresher candidates who is enthusiastic about sales, have good communication skills & eager to learn about insurance & investment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
* Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
* Conduct consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs, financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
* Educate clients about different insurance products, investment options, and financial planning strategies.
* Present insurance policies, investment plans, and other financial products to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
* Customize product offerings to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients with policy servicing, claims processing, and investment management.
* Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales transactions, and documentation related to insurance policies and investments.
