HireMee, a SaaS-based talent assessment and management platform, is honored to join hands with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in India to enhance employment opportunities and services for job seekers across the country. As a part of this collaboration, HireMee will provide job seekers with a free-of-cost facility to self-assess their suitability for a job through aptitude tests, empowering them to gauge their skills and enabling employers to streamline their candidate selection process efficiently.
The MoU was signed in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Deputy Director General (Employment) Shri Amit Nirmal, Secretary Ministry of Labour and Employment Smt. Arti Ahuja, and Additional Secretary (Labour and Employment) Shri Ramesh Krishnamurthi, will benefit over 30 lakh eShram registered workers in the unorganized sector who have joined the National Career Service (NCS) portal.
HireMee will work closely with the Ministry to provide vital support in improving the employability skills of job seekers by offering free online soft skill employability training in both English and Hindi languages. This partnership reflects HireMee's commitment to nurturing a skilled and efficient workforce in India and contributing to the nation's employment ecosystem, aligning with the Ministry's mission to connect job seekers with suitable job opportunities and facilitate a more robust job market.
