We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and explaining our products or services to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Lead Qualification: Assess prospective customers' needs, pitch relevant solutions, and determine their purchasing intent.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.

Customer Support: Answer inbound queries, resolve basic complaints, and provide accurate information regarding pricing, features, and policies.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and closed sales.

Key Requirements

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language].

Soft Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, strong persuasion abilities, and resilience in handling rejection.

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Excel.
