Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented professional to support business operations, customer experience, live webinars, and program coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of webinars and programs, guiding participants through their journey, supporting conversions through trust-based communication, and coordinating across functions for seamless delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live environments, enjoys interacting with people, and can balance empathy with structured execution and ownership.

Candidates from theatre, drama, or performing arts backgrounds are also welcome, especially those who are passionate about hosting, expression, and connecting with people. Formal education in this background is an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations & Coordination

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of webinars, programs, and workshops.

· Track timelines, maintain SOPs/reports, and ensure seamless participant experience.

· Support process improvements for better execution and operational efficiency.

Customer Experience & Success

· Act as the primary point of contact for participants.

· Guide onboarding, resolve queries, and ensure smooth program completion.

· Track progress, collect feedback, and maintain CRM records.

Webinar & Event Operations

· Host and manage live webinars, trainings, and replays.

· Handle Zoom setup, tech checks, chat moderation, and Q&A.

· Support speakers and ensure professional session flow.

Community Management

· Manage WhatsApp/online groups, nurture engagement, and share updates.

· Organize community sessions and maintain monthly calendars.

· Foster a positive, supportive environment.

Sales & Conversion Support

· Present program offerings clearly during webinars.

· Handle post-webinar calls and guide participants through decisions.

· Support conversion goals with empathy and clarity.

Process, Coordination & Reporting

· Update SOPs, FAQs, and communication flows.

· Conduct replay checks, reporting, and CRM updates.

· Share weekly insights to improve participant experience and operational efficiency.


Skills & Competencies

· Strong empathy and communication skills.

· Confident in hosting live sessions and interacting with groups.

· Organized, process-driven, and calm under pressure.

· Technical proficiency in Zoom, CRM, WhatsApp, Canva, and Google Suite.

· Usual shifts (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

· On webinar days, Rotational shifts (6AM - 2AM or 2PM - 10PM) and weekend work, with within week compensatory off available

· Open, expressive personality with the ability to connect with people from the heart.

· Ability to balance creativity and expressiveness with structured execution, process discipline, and accountability.


Experience Required

· 1–2 years in customer success, client servicing, event/webinar hosting, training coordination, community management, or operations coordination.

· Experience in wellness, education, coaching, or training industry preferred.

· Candidates with theatre, drama, or hosting experience are encouraged to apply.
